Data we collect

When you request an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, email, selected service and time. For home visits, we also collect the area and address. If you create a client account, the password is stored only as a one-way secure hash. The message is optional; do not include sensitive medical information.

Purpose

We use this information only to process the request, check availability and contact you to confirm or adjust the appointment.

Access and retention

Access is limited to people managing appointments. Data is kept as long as needed for follow-up and applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

For questions, correction or deletion, contact reservation@centre-battini.com. Identity verification may be requested to protect your information.
